I am excited to share my contributions to the academic project “Gasping Air and Grasping Air in Medicine,” a thought-provoking exploration of diversity and equity within the medical field. Although I receive no royalties for this work, I am passionate about the topics discussed. I authored Chapter 15, “Nurturing Equity through More Courageous Conversations,” which is the concluding chapter of the book.
